Warranty Claims

Customers are advised to check the product and its condition upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing components, or initial manufacturing defect should be reported to NOVAZEN Support as soon as possible after receiving the product. For a warranty claim, customers must contact our Support Team with the order number and a description of the issue. The product may need to be sent to a designated NOVAZEN service location for inspection. Following inspection, NOVAZEN will provide the appropriate warranty solution, which may include repair, servicing, replacement, or another applicable resolution, depending on the nature of the issue and the product's warranty terms. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by NOVAZEN. Warranty coverage applies only to issues that fall within the applicable warranty terms.
